Once you enter another website (whether through an advertisement, service, or content link), be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites.

This Privacy Policy aims to give you information on how ViRA360 collects and uses your Personal Information through your use of the Site, including any information you may provide through the Site when you sign up for an account, sign up to receive information, or communications from us, purchase a product or service, or request further services or information from us.

In addition, ViRA360 content may be included on web pages and websites that are not associated with ViRA360 and over which we have no control. These third parties may collect data through the use of their own cookies, web beacons, or other technology, independently collect information or solicit Personal Information, and may have the ability to track your use of their websites and services. ViRA360 is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any third party.
II. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We are an online platform for professionals. People use our Services to find and be found for business opportunities, to connect with others and find information. Our Privacy Policy applies to any Member or Visitor to our Services.
Our registered users (“Members”, “PROs”, “Advisors”, “Consultants”) share their professional identities, engage with their network, exchange knowledge and professional insights, post and view relevant content, learn and develop skills, and find business opportunities. Content and data on some of our Services is viewable to non-members (“Visitors”).
You provide data to create an account with us.
Personal Information or personal data means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified, including for example your name, address, telephone number, and email address. It does not include information where the identity has been removed (“Anonymous Data”). We and our third-party service providers may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of Personal Information about you that we have grouped together as follows:
- Identity and profile Information includes name, username or similar identifier, title, date of birth, gender, email, phone number, picture, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, product feedback, and survey responses, and other information.
- Demographic Information includes zip code, age and/or income.
- Contact Information includes addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers.

We also collect, use, and share Aggregated Information such as statistical or demographic information for any purpose. Aggregated Information may be derived from your Personal Information but is not considered Personal Information in law as this information does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Information with your Personal Information so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined information as Personal Information that will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We log your visits and use of our Services, including mobile apps. We log usage data when you visit or otherwise use our Services, including our sites, app, and platform technology, such as when you view or click on content (e.g., learning video) or ads (on or off our sites and apps), perform a search, install or update one of our mobile apps, share information. We use log-ins, cookies, device information and internet protocol (“IP”) addresses to identify you and log your use.
We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Information about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data).
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights do you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
